How will the recipient receive the voucher?
The recipient will receive their voucher digitally through SMS, WhatsApp, and email, depending on the information provided during checkout.
How do I book an experience?
For booking assistance, recipients can contact our local customer service team directly using the contact details provided on the voucher.

How long are vouchers valid?
Vyadove vouchers are valid for a maximum of 60 days unless otherwise stated on the voucher itself.
We recommend booking in advance to ensure the best availability.
Can experiences be rescheduled after booking?
Yes — rescheduling is possible depending on the partner’s availability.
We kindly ask recipients to inform our support team at least 4 days in advance of the scheduled booking date.
Can a voucher be transferred to someone else?
Yes. Vyadove vouchers may be gifted or transferred unless specifically restricted by the experience partner.
What happens if the recipient misses their booking?
Missed bookings may be treated as redeemed depending on the partner’s cancellation policy.

Are refunds available?
Refund requests are only accepted within 24 hours after purchase.
After this period, purchases become non-refundable due to operational coordination and partner reservation commitments.
