Gift Voucher Terms

Voucher Validity
Each voucher is valid until the expiration date stated on the voucher.

Extension Requests
If a recipient is unable to redeem the voucher before the expiration date, they may contact Vyadove before the voucher expires. Vyadove may grant a one-time extension at its discretion.

Redemption
Vouchers must be redeemed through the Vyadove booking request system.

Partner Availability
Experiences are subject to the availability and operating conditions of the partner provider.

Vyadove coordinates booking requests but does not guarantee availability on specific dates.

Non-Cash Value
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Vyadove is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of vouchers.

Experience Changes
If an experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Vyadove’s control, Vyadove reserves the right to offer an alternative experience of similar value.
