Refund policy

Voucher Purchases
Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the voucher has not been redeemed or booked.
After 24 hours, vouchers are generally non-refundable.
Booking Changes
Once an experience has been scheduled with a partner provider, any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling will be subject to the policies of the experience provider.
Partner Availability
Experiences are subject to the availability and operating conditions of the partner provider. Vyadove will coordinate booking requests, but cannot guarantee availability on specific dates.
Exceptional Circumstances
Vyadove may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Expired Vouchers
Vouchers that have expired cannot be refunded or redeemed.
