Vyadove acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent experience providers.
Experiences listed on the platform are delivered and fulfilled by the partner providers.
Vyadove coordinates booking requests and communicates with partner providers, but does not directly operate or manage the experiences themselves.
3. Purchases
Customers may purchase experience vouchers through the Vyadove platform. After successful payment, a digital voucher will be issued.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information.
4. Booking Process
Recipients submit a booking request through Vyadove.
Vyadove coordinates with the partner provider to confirm an available date and time based on partner availability.
Availability may vary depending on the partner provider's operating schedule.
5. Pricing
Prices listed on the website are determined in collaboration with partner providers. Prices may change without prior notice.
6. Partner Services
All experiences are delivered by independent partner providers.
Vyadove is not responsible for the operational management of these services but will assist customers in coordinating bookings when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vyadove is not liable for:
• The quality or execution of experiences provided by partners
• Changes in partner availability
• Service interruptions caused by external providers
8. Fraud and Misuse
Vyadove reserves the right to cancel orders or restrict access to the platform if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
